According to insiders at ZTE Corporation, the company recently underwent a significant organizational restructuring, integrating the existing Third Marketing Division and the Enterprise Business Division China to form a unified domestic marketing system. Lin Bing, Senior Vice President of ZTE Corporation and former head of the Third Marketing Division, has been appointed as the head of domestic marketing.
"This is a comprehensive integration that brings together strategic planning, operational management, finance, human resources, supply chain, legal affairs, compliance, and channel management, among other departments," said the insider. Under the unified structure, the company will maintain the Third Marketing Division and the Enterprise Business Division China, with the director's offices of both divisions retained to differentiate their business characteristics and focus on customer marketing services. Additionally, a new director's office for large enterprises will be established within the Enterprise Business Division China, merging with existing industry task forces such as mining and metallurgy, and each industry director's office will have a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The former offices of the Third Marketing Division and the Enterprise Business Division China will be merged, transferring mature businesses such as telecommunications operators and major enterprise customers, while expanding into new businesses such as operator resale and small and medium-sized enterprise customers, with the addition of a new business department.
